In society, the ends people wish to obtain almost always have common themes, such as domestic and international peace and stability, economic security and justice for victims and criminals. Long gone are the days when young boys and girls secretly fantasized about one of their teachers. Today, they simply speak up, and occasionally, the teacher responds. Some of today's students are getting more than what they bargained for when getting an education - they are getting life lessons that should not be taught at school, or even by a teacher, for that matter. To the editor: I am writing to clarify an issue raised about the Student Government Association's Web site in the editorial "SGA should keep UH interests in mind at TSA," (Thursday, Opinion). Since the beginning of this 45th Administration, the SGA Web site has been in process of being redeveloped; the site was launched Wednesday, prior to the editorial, which claims that our Web site does not contain up-to-date information.
