Strike!: The Cougar Bowling Club announces the beginning of its summer bowling leagues at the UC. The No Tap League will play fast-paced, high-scoring games Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m., while the Summer Fun League plays regular games Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. Teams will consist of four people; fees are $6 per person per week. Films at the MFA: The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston presents four films this weekend as part of the Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. The Watermelon Woman, the story of a black lesbian's search for identity, community and love, plays Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m.; Everything Relative, a film about a group of women through two decades, shows Friday at 9:15 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m.; Madagascar Skin, a tale of an unlikely liaison between two men on the British coast, shows Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 7 p.m.; and Boyfriends, a British comedy about gay relationships in the 1990s, shows Saturday at 9:30 p.m. and Sunday at 9 p.m. All films are shown in the museum's Brown Auditorium.
