Screen classics: The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, presents The Public Enemy, a 1931 film with James Cagney, at 9:15 p.m. Friday and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and Wings, the 1927 Oscar-winning picture, at 9 p.m. Saturday. Both films will be shown in the MFA's Brown Auditorium. Admission is $5 for each film ($4 for students and museum members). For information, call (713) 639-7515.

At the movies: Rice Cinema presents three films in the Gay and Lesbian Film Festival: Boys Life II at 7:30 p.m. Friday (admission $5), Late Bloomers at 7:30 p.m. Saturday (admission $10) and Gay Cuba at 7:30 p.m. Sunday (admission $5). When you wish upon a star: The Children's Theatre Festival will perform The Star Stealer at the UH Wortham Theatre on the UH campus through Thursday, June 19.
