Panamanian theater director and former UH professor, Jose Quintero died
Feb. 26 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, N.Y. Robert
Lantz, his agent, told the public that Quintero died from a long bout with
cancer. He was 74.
One of President Clinton's leading critics is University of Houston
alumnus Tom DeLay. Republican Congressman DeLay was an instrumental force
in the impeachment of the president. Working behind the scenes, he assured
moderate Republicans that it was their constitutional duty to impeach a
president for committing a felony.

Clyde Drexler will have to give his greatest pep talk of his inexperienced
coaching career for the Cougars to have any chance of success in the conference
tournament. The Cougars are coming off one of their worst performances

the Cougars' fate as conference cellar dwellers.
