Houstonians driving around UH Sunday morning may find themselves in
the middle of traffic tie-ups as the March of Dimes WalkAmerica participants
take their charity to near-campus streets.
What can be said about a tragedy like the one that occurred on Tuesday
at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colo.?
How much do you know about Africa's exotic rhythms? Not much? Well,
that could change this year because the Houston International Festival
is focusing on the fun and exciting cultures of the nations of South Africa.
If the Conference USA baseball chase for the league title was a horse
race, the fans witnessing this contest would be on their feet cheering
and screaming as their teams enter the final stretch.
But all I said was 'nice pants...'
