The UH Police Department honored Officer Larry Adams with the Employee
of the Year award Thursday for his continued dedication to duty and achievements
on the job during 1998.
It goes to show that because you think you know where you are and where
you're really going, you never really know until you get there.
For those of you who have heard of art cars and don't necessarily know
what they are, here's the deal: Art cars are fun, unique and filled with
a personality of their own a personality fueled by their creators.
The last time the Houston Cougars played the UAB Blazers, the outcome
was a decisive victory for the Blazers. That was not the case Thursday
night in Hofheinz Pavilion.
