The UH School of Theatre's Division of Dance is performing Southern Routes, a series of dance vignettes about life in the South, April 28 to 30 in the Lyndall Wortham Theatre. Seventeen Houston-area neighborhoods received more than $76,000 in awards
this year for community revitalization projects under a matching grant
program from the city.
Is protesting, in and of itself, a good or bad thing? There seems to
be the funny attitude among many that protesters who are against the same
things we are against are honorable, yet those who protest against our
beliefs are just out to make trouble.
In what has become an annual tradition, MTV's Wanna Be A Veejay-3?
kicked
off this week, and just like the two previous years, the wrong person will
win.
The UH baseball made it back into the top 10 after a convincing 4-0 week.
