Schoolchildren descend on UH
Children from the W.D. Ley YMCA have a picnic lunch in front of the Moores School of Music after watching the School of Theatre's presentation of Pinocchio. The University is taking measures to restrict the use of Napster, an
online music-trading site. The intent is to discourage students from trading
files on campus networks and through University computers, which in most
cases violates copyright laws.
I have worn glasses since high school. I've never had a problem with
it because I've always looked good (well, as good as this baby-face and
pudgy nose can look) in them. Lately I'd begun to wonder about the possibility
of making the transition to contacts when I ran across an ad in the Cougar
to take part in an experiment. If I was ever going to make the transition,
here was the opportunity.
Now that I'm rested up from the E3 festival, the GB now has time to
give you several reviews of games that you might want to check out. Don't
worry, I'll give you the lowdown on E3 soon enough.
UH's No.1 pitcher and No. 1 hitter were named second team All-Americans by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association on June 12. |
