I live my life in a perpetual state of
fear. The Man is after me. My editor in chief, Brandon Moeller, is also
hunted down by The Man. The nihilistic presence of The Man is but one of
the many things that keeps me in a constant state of cat-like readiness.

The general mantra of both the Green Party
and the Reform Party during the 2000 campaign season was that there was
no difference between the two major parties and that therefore the voters
deserved alternatives.
The
American Lie
One of the most common values in American
society today is the "American Dream." To analyze it we must first ask
the question, "What is the 'American Dream?'" For most, it is the hope
to one day get married and have children, to have a well-paying, enjoyable
career and a nice, big house in a safe, secure neighborhood, with a white
picket fence and the family dog in the backyard.
