Feel-good flick, 'Finding Forrester,' shows bond between recluse writer and genius

Gus Van Sant, director of Good Will Hunting, has directed another gem for moviegoers. Keeping the theme of unlikely friendships, Van Sant presents us with Finding Forrester, a story about a fictional J.D. Salinger-like author becoming the mentor and friend to a 16-year-old African-American basketball player from the Bronx.
 

Hybrid-rock band fails to break new ground 
with album 'Rome'

If the prerequisite for a "good" album was merely innovation, Rome would definitely be top notch.
 

Grammy-nominated R&B group Destiny's Child may have to pay more 'Bills, Bills, Bills'

Houston-based R&B group Destinyis Child, already facing a lawsuit from two of its former members, was hit by another suit last week. The estate of the groupis first manager claims that the group and its present manager have not paid the estate its share of earnings under the original management contract.
