A former lecturer in the College of Technology
filed lawsuits Friday in federal and state courts claiming she was discriminated
against and denied a job.

morning by UH Police Departments officers after displaying irrational behavior
at the M.D. Anderson Memorial Library.

nearing completion
As communication students -- and other
students who frequently pass through the Communication Building -- returned
to school this semester, they likely noticed the nearly completed construction
going on in the courtyard of the two-story building.

The Teaching Excellence Committee is encouraging
the UH student body to nominate those educators who the students feel do
an exceptional job in the classroom.
