suit targets UHCL
David Moore, a former sergeant in the UH-Clear
Lake Police Department, has filed suit against the university claiming
he was dismissed in retaliation for investigating and reporting "numerous
wrongdoings" by UHCL Police Chief Michael J. Herbst.

After winning the Golden Key Award last August,
the UH chapter of the Golden Key International Honor Society has been chosen
as host for the annual Southwestern Regional Conference for the second
time in the University's history.
