As is my duty as an opinion columnist, today I'm going to discuss certain problems with this campus -- certain freedoms that are taken away from us -- certain moral issues at stake here. These issues are of such extreme consequence that I can no longer ignore them with a good conscious.

Question: What does it take to blow out the seams off the concrete-bunker-like confines of the Fabulous Satellite Lounge?

Answer: One drum set, one guitar and one amazingly powerful and versatile voice. Or sometimes, the voice alone is enough.

UH softball took on No. 24 Texas in a double-header Wednesday night, finishing the matchup 0-2 as the Lady Longhorns swept the Lady Cougars.
