The incumbent Student Voice party
-- led by presidential candidate Dawona Miller -- won all but one of the
contested Student Government Association senate seats and swept all executive
branch positions in elections held Tuesday and Wednesday. Student Voice
collected nine senate seats unopposed.

Government Association's presidential election is ... not I, said the barfly.
Despite receiving hundreds upon hundreds of e-mails last week concerning
my write-in campaign for SGA president, and the tremendous amount of positive
feedback from the University community, I decided to drop my campaign because
I couldn't win anyway.
