Israeli terror causes desperation

I am not a Palestinian, nor do I have ancestors from over there. However, I often wonder what it would be like to be a Palestinian today. Many of
us, ignorant about their lives and histories, question their actions. Perplexed, we find ourselves asking, "What could possibly fuel a person to be
so desperate as to become a suicide bomber?"

Mutilation us an American custom

We humans seem to have a knack for perpetuating brutalities on a large scale; one could almost call it instinctual. The atrocity in today's
spotlight is a little operation performed on helpless male newborns where their genitals are cut and peeled like bananas. It's commonly known
as circumcision.

Daily Cougar editor in chief will be chosen today

Today at 3 p.m. in the University Center Mediterranean room, the next editor in chief of The Daily Cougar will be chosen. This election has been
the subject of great controversy. While many of us would like today's vote to leave all parties satisfied, that most likely will not happen.
