'UH got a big ol' butt': The UH College of Architecture students'
entry at the 16th Annual American Institute of Architecture Sand Castle
Competition lays in all its splendor at East Beach in Galveston on
Saturday.
The UH System Board of Regents
on Friday unanimously accepted the appointments of John Rudley, the new
vice-chancellor for finance and
administration, and Dona Glimm Hamilton,
the new vice-chancellor for legal affairs and general counsel for the UH
system.
Mr. Mueller, after it was revealed
that his agency did not perform at 110 percent prior to that horrific day
nine months ago, enacted a new public relations persona of openness, admitting
Wednesday that his agency has "to do a better job." Mr. Mueller said that
"red flags" and "dots that should have been connected" existed, according
to Kevin Johnson in USA Today.
The release of Austin Powers helped
re-ignite the carefree feeling of the 1960s in film, not to mention the
look — go-go boots, gaudy colors and bad hair. Mike Myers hit solid gold
with the idea, and now audiences are awaiting the release of the third
Austin Powers film.

Rhian Clarke represented Houston at the NCAA women's track and field Championships
