Seniors sacrifice today for tomorrow

Dana Dimel is a wizard or a fool. His vision of Cougar football has manifested losses faster than a vaudeville magician's top hat produces
rabbits, but I'm betting his magic will turn this program around and make UH conference champions again soon.

Women win

The UH women's basketball team captured the Roger L. White Tournament championship when it defeated Northwestern, 67-58, in the title
game Saturday in Evanston, Ill.

UH mugs Mean Green

North Texas almost left UH feeling green, but the Cougars held on for a sloppy, poorly officiated 75-69 victory over North Texas Sunday at
Hofheinz Pavilion.
