Over the holiday break, I saw Les Miserables in Chicago. After the performance, like after most Broadway shows during the holiday season,
the performers waited in the lobby, hat in hand, asking for donations to the Broadway Cares fund, a charity that works to help individuals with
AIDS as well as AIDS research.
