Troubled SGA OKs

The 39th SGA administration managed to conduct business
as usual at its last meeting despite mounting tensions within the Senate
over fraud allegations directed at its president, Dawona Miller.
Two crimes prompt UHPD alert
In response to incidents of aggravated robbery and sexual
assault that took place in or near Agnes Arnold Hall last week, the UH
police department posted campus security alerts and is using the incidents
to remind students to use the free campus escort service.
Forum duscusses oil safety
Offshore oil platforms the veritable skyline of
the Gulf of Mexico are becoming safer places to do the dirty work
of extracting oil from the ocean floor.
Ministry seeks memorial input
Every year, death claims members of the UH community,
and their loss is mourned. Also every year, the campus takes out time to
memorialize those members of the Cougar family who are lost.
