Sports Cougars bow out of league tourney Cougar Sports Services The UH tennis team enjoyed its best season since 1997, but it couldnit extend it one more day. Tulane swept the Cougars 4-0 on Monday at the Conference USA Championships in New Orleans. UH advanced to the semifinals after cruising past Saint Louis and South Florida in the opening rounds.
Despite a 4-0 sweep to Tulane that knocked the Cougars out of the Conference USA Championship, sophomore Sarah Flood and the Cougar tennis team had their best season in six years.
