News Campus crime update The following is a report of campus crime between April 20 and April 24. All information is selected from the files of the UH Police Department. The information in italics shows when the event was reported to UHPD and the eventis location. Information or questions regarding the cases below should be directed to UHPD by calling 713-743-0600. April 20 Burglary of a motor vehicle, 1:51 a.m., Lot 1A Student had his vehicle broken into by an unknown person(s) in Lot 1A, and the stereo was stolen. There are no suspects in this case. Occurred between 6:30 p.m. on April 19 and 1:45 a.m. on April 20. April 22 Public intoxication, 2:33 a.m., Cougar Place Student was arrested for public intoxication and transported to Harris County Jail. She was also issued a Student Life Referral. Occurred at 2:33 a.m. April 22. Criminal mischief, 5 p.m., Lot 9C Complainant reported unknown person(s) burglarized her unattended, secured vehicle. Occurred between 7:30 p.m. on April 20 to 5 p.m. on April 22. April 23 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, 5 p.m., University Hilton Circle Complainant reported a laptop stolen from her parked vehicle at the Hilton Hotel Circle, by unknown person(s). Occurred between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. April 23. Burglary of a motor vehicle, 5:53 p.m., Lot 1A Complainant
reported the burglary of her motor vehicle in parking Lot 1A. No suspects.
Occurred between 2:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. April 23.
