ABC News reported that dozens of countries could face the loss of U.S.
military assistance for not heeding American demands that they exempt members
of the armed forces of the United States from prosecution before a new
U.N. international war crimes tribunal. And what's that in English?

columns to The Daily Cougar. While under normal circumstances, such columns
from a man named "Buddy" would have been immediately deleted, these columns
were published.
