Jingle Jam, 104 KRBE's fourth
annual winter concert, drew in more than its usual screaming teeny-boppers
Thursday night at the Compaq Center. A surprisingly diverse crowd showed
up to watch performances from Destiny's Child, Nick Carter, O-Town and
Uncle Kracker.
30 seconds aiming for more than

combine dark, atmospheric music, deep lyrics and a frontman that has been
named one of People magazineis "50 Most Beautiful People?"
Analyze bumped down by bond film
James Bond, Harry Potter
back and forth we go. Until a true heavyweight hits theaters and
gives these commercial films a run for their $8, the weekendis highest
grossing film will go to either a Bond or Potter film.
Groban grows dull in packaged

Josh Groban looks a lot
like a young Chevy Chase, or perhaps more like a young Clark Griswold,
Chase's character from the zany National Lampoon's Vacation film series.
He has a serious brow, in a goofy, maudlin way. Admittedly, the man can
sing, but it is difficult to take him seriously in the new CD/DVD combo
Josh Groban In Concert. I blame the image makers at Warner-Reprise.
