Free throws win game for Coogs
Louis Truscott and his UH teammates didnit mean to put 3,284 Cougar fans at Hofheinz Pavilion into cardiac arrest Wednesday night, but that might have been the end result of a second-consecutive heart-stopping Conference USA victory.
 

Cougars may never want to leave Yeoman Field
If the Cougar track and field team is to be successful during the indoor season, it will want to make the most of opening with four consecutive meets at home.
 

Cougars chow down on Owls
When Athletics Director Dave Maggard was introduced to the UH community last winter, he said the Cougars should never lose to Rice in anything. The football team started its 5-7 season by beating the Owls 24-10 in its 2002 season-opener.
