Athletics
debt only makes sense
What is the one thing that
can get anyone out of debt? A budget, you say? But that takes money. I
assume the Athletics Department, which is in debt, works the same way as
the rest of the world.
Stop
and smell the blooming weeds
Throughout my time at UH
and over the past few weeks, I've made a few observations about our University,
and life in general. Here are 10 of them:
Free
trade essential to prosperity
Writer's block is more than
a personal issue these days. Indeed, it involves entire nations. Thanks
to several "advisory letters" issued by the U.S. Treasury Department, publishers
can no longer edit written works from a "disfavored" or trade-embargoed
nation, such as Iran or Cuba.
