C-USA slipping from UH's grasp
UH received another blow to its chances Saturday, losing 71-65 to Texas Christian. Houston led almost the entire game, but a late surge by TCU coupled with hot outside shooting was too much for the Cougars to overcome.
 

Cougars win final game vs. No. 8 LBS
The Cougars went back to basics Sunday to wrest Game 3 from Long Beach State 4-2 and avoid a three-game sweep by the No. 8 ranked Dirtbags.
 

Cougars go 4-1 at tournament
A grand slam home run by junior Kristen Glowacz capped a six-run second inning against Villanova on Saturday in the Cougars' last game of the Hyatt Regency Cougar Classic at the Cougar Softball Complex. 
 

UH men defend C-USA title; Women take 3rd
With All-American Stanford Routt leading the charge, a deep and talented UH men's team stormed to victory at the Conference USA Track and Field Championships at Yeoman Field House on Saturday.
 

Divers propel UH to third in C-USA
The Houston swimming and diving team finished third in the 2004 Conference USA Championships ? the team's highest finish ever.
