votes counted in student elections
The Student Government Association
general election ended Thursday with a total of 2,984 votes cast during
the two days of polling, the SGA Election Commission said. The election
results will be announced at noon today in the University Center Underground's
World Affairs Lounge.
Honors
begins return to library
After 25 years in the M.D.
Anderson Memorial Library's basement and nearly another year in temporary
trailers, The Honors College will begin moving into its new, permanent
abode in the library's new wing today.
Editor
applications due on 25th
Applications for editors
in chief of The Daily Cougar and the Houstonian yearbook will be due in
two weeks, Student Publications Director Richard Cigler said.
