TODAY The catalyst: The Department of Chemical Engineering
will present a guest lecture at 2:45 p.m. in Room L2-D2, Cullen College
of Engineering Building. The lecture will address new catalytic conversion

ANNOUNCEMENTS Mary's money: The UH Women's Association is accepting applications for the 2004-2005 Mary Harding Hoffman scholarships. Applications are due April 15. Helping out: The provost's office is seeking
applicants for its Disabilities Awareness Program, which helps students
with disabilities with a variety of tasks including tutoring and note-taking.
The program needs applicants before April 12 to get started, though applications
will be accepted after that date. The first 20 people accepted to the program
will get a $500 stipend. For more information, contact Mohamad at
