The UH System Board of Regents
will hold a special meeting Thursday morning to vote on proposed tuition
and fee increases and a new electricity contract for the System.

with Art Briles, head football coach
This week's Q&A is
UH head football coach Art Briles. In his first season as head coach, Briles
took the team to a 7-6 record and the program's first bowl game in seven
years. Briles' team is in the midst of a month of spring practice, which
will culminate with Saturday's Red-White game.
