Student Service Fee will be increased
UH President Jay Gogue approved an $8-per-semester increase in the Student Service Fee for the coming academic year, but rejected the Student Fees Advisory Committee's recommendation to hold the Athletics Department's share of student fees to a fixed amount.

I'm just about convinced that most of the great mysteries of the world involve extraterrestrials. The History Channel started the wheels turning with a recent special on the Chupacabra: a blood-sucking, goat-killing, big-eyed hunchback who could only be domesticated by space-traveling perverts. 
 

Hats off to all athletes
I'll admit it; part of me is constantly in awe of great athletes. Having not been blessed with great athletic ability, I find what they are able to do on the field amazing.
 

Hey, take your fake self out of punk
A lot of my friends think punk rock is dead. I can understand their sentiments because they were around at a time when the music really meant something more and wasn't homogenized for mass consumption. At times, I even feel inclined to agree with them.
