Experience defines
UH business program
The students are diverse, talented
and passionate. Alumni and faculty members own businesses, lead their communities
and rattle off million-dollar figures as if they were giving their phone
numbers.
UH prof to direct math institute
Barbara Keyfitz, a UH mathematics
professor, has been appointed the first female director of the Fields Institute,
a major math institute in Canada.
University will close on Friday
The University will close Friday to
observe a national day of mourning for former President Ronald Reagan,
but orientation sessions will continue as planned and key offices on campus
will remain open.
Students' interests unite in internship
