After making the ESPN/USA Today coaches' poll the last
two weeks, the UH women's basketball team cracked the latest Associated
Press poll, coming in at No. 25. This marks the first time Houston has
been ranked in the AP poll since 1992.
Rollins doesn't need band
to rock hard
Henry Rollins unleashed a thought provoking assault upon
an audience at the Engine Room on Monday night, but the punk pioneer wasn't
screaming into the mic fronting the Rollins Band. He did what he said he
likes to do best -- he shared witty commentary about his daily observations
during the spoken word session, Shock and Awe My Ass Tour.
