Election Commission
selections delayed
Despite missing its Oct. 15 deadline,
the Student Government Association Senate's Internal Affairs Committee
will form an election commission in time for the SGA general elections
in March, the committee's chairwoman, said after Wednesday's SGA Senate
meeting.
González draws on academic

Cristina Gonzlez, a senior adviser
to the chancellor at the University of California, Davis and candidate
for UH provost, said her experience as a faculty member and administrator
will be beneficial if she becomes provost here.
