Hair metal returns
at last
By now you've probably heard it. Some brave soul may
have played it on a juke box in a bar, or you may have caught it during
its major rotation on MTV or on any modern rock radio station. There's
no denying it -- the chorus sticks like day-old gum in your brain. It's
so different, yet so familiar. It's not something this decade is made of.
Big game weekend full of concerts
It's going to be hard to escape the Super Bowl hype this
weekend, so why not join in the fun? Space City clubs are brimming this
weekend with plenty of great live shows to impress our out of town guests,
so it should be easy to find something for everyone.
Weekend releases won't
win any awards
The latest slate of movies getting shoved into theaters
won'tget people racing toward the lonely ticket counter, but The Big
Bounce should offer laughs until the industry makes its anticipated
rebound.
