falls into tie for final C-USA spot
The Cougars needed a win
to solidify their tenuous hold on the 12th and final Conference USA postseason
tournament spot. They needed to a win to surpass their win total from last
season. They needed to stop the bleeding.

fun for No. 1
Duke, Connecticut and Kansas
are teams that have been ranked No. 1 in The Associated Press Top 25 men's
college basketball poll at least once this season. All three teams took
one on the chin by losing to conference foes on Sunday.
Cougars
sweep No. 15 Aggies in doubleheader
Coming into Wednesday's
doubleheader against No. 15 Texas A&M, the UH softball team just wanted
to put up a good showing.
Friday
may hold key to C-USA
Joe Curl often says that
every conference game is the most important game of the season, but even
he had to admit that Friday will be special. |
