hearings conclude with questions
Members of the Student Fees
Advisory Committee questioned the director of the Urban Experience Program
on Friday about her fund-raising efforts, suggesting the base funding for
the program should not be raised until external funds are secured.
Auchmuty
asks faculty to join advisory groups
After nearly one month in
office, Faculty Senate President Giles Auchmuty is encouraging senators
to play a proactive role in University development by serving on advisory
committees to counsel administrative offices across the campus.
Fulfilling
required office hours at issue during SGA hearing
The Student Fees Advisory
Committee questioned whether the Student Government Association deserves
more than $119,000 in student fees, particularly if some of its executives
fail to maintain the required 20 office hours per week, during the SGA's
fee hearing Friday. |
