When it rains ... it floods: Heavy rains soiled the Houston area
on Wednesday, dumping several inches near UH, flooding underpasses and
even portions of campus. Here, cars attempt to navigate around impassable
intersection at Elgin Street and Interstate 45 just before 5 p.m.
