TODAY Photo aid: The Houston chapter of the Association for India's Development will host the Bhopal photography exhibit We are not Flowers, We are Flames!, a collection of photographs by acclaimed artists Raghu Rai and Maude Dorr, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the UC's Cougar Den. The punch has been spiked: The Residence Halls Association will throw a holiday party with a DJ, food, games and prizes from 8 p.m. until midnight in the Oberholtzer Hall East Cafeteria. ANNOUNCEMENTS Art stars: The Blaffer Gallery will feature the 2004 Annual Student Exhibition, which includes the work of graduate and undergraduate students at UH, from Saturday to Dec. 19. In conjunction with the opening reception Friday, there will be informal exhibitions of student work from every discipline on the second, third and fourth floors of the Fine Arts Building from 7 to 9 p.m.
