Lee: Higher fee
could fund SFAC requests
The Student Service Fee will need
to be raised by $10 to fund all the requests made by fee-supported groups
this spring, Vice President for Student Affairs Elwyn C. Lee told the Student
Fees Advisory Committee on Tuesday.
'Deceptive' activity prompts complaint
The first complaint of the Student
Government Association's spring general election was filed and resolved
Monday.
UCW to promote lactation rooms
Promoting scholarships and publicizing
the campus's new lactation rooms were the primary focus of the University
Commission on Women's meeting Monday.
UH receives funds for memory research
Arnold Eskin, a biology and biochemistry
professor at UH, has been awarded two grants from the National Institutes
of Health to continue his study of the impact of the biological clock on
learning and memory.
