Silver Glove Series
The Houston Cougar baseball team is
down 0-2 in the Sterling Silver Bank Series after dropping another one-run
extra-inning game to cross town rival Rice Owls.
UH to host C-USA swimming, diving
tournament
Swimming and diving fans will have
the opportunity this week to see some of the country's top aquatic athletes
at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center Natatorium for the 2005 Conference
USA Women's Swimming and Diving Championship and Men's Invitational.
Wins, promotions improve Cougar
home attendance
Students all across UH have opened
their inboxes recently to find e-mails from Athletics Director Dave Maggard
urging them to attend UH basketball games.
Season's major trades yet to
be seen
There isn't a need for me to do this
very often, but I have to retract my words about the NBA All Star game
