A season to remember
Houston finished the season with a
21-10 record. Ten of those games were decided by five points or fewer,
while one loss was to a team that made the NCAA Tournament.
UH to open C-USA play against
hard-hitting Marshall
This season has produced a slew of
puzzling results for the UH baseball team. Early in the season, the Cougars
(13-12) generated quality offense, but were plagued by inconsistent starting
pitching and a shoddy bullpen.
Cougars will look to get groove
back
The Cougars hope to bounce back from
a sixth-place finish they suffered in the Border Olympics at the Laredo
Country Club at the UALR/First Tee Collegiate Classic in Little Rock, Ark.,
on Monday and Tuesday.
