Board to meet about
tuition
The University's budget shortfalls
during fiscal year 2006 led to a discussion about increased tuition and
fees at Wednesday's Faculty Senate meeting.
Experts to chew the fat
Houston may not be the fattest city
in America any more, but researchers in the UH Department of Health and
Human Performance will still have much to discuss in terms of the problems
associated with obesity at a symposium Monday.
Event exhibits accomplishments
Lost Latino writings and high-tech
police cars are just two of the projects that will be on display Friday
at Research and Scholarship Day, a day that celebrates research and the
academic activities and achievements at UH.
