Students rally for
immigration
A group of UH students held a sit-in
that ran to nearly eight-hours in front of the M.D. Anderson Memorial Library
Tuesday to support proposed legislative measures that would offer legal
residency to many undocumented immigrant students.
Students jam on tour bus
Students who visited the John Lennon
Educational Bus on Tuesday stepped inside the same mobile recording studio
that is touring the country with the Black Eyed Peas and has hosted many
other popular musicians.
College of Architecture receives
green makeover
Students who designed, funded, built
and installed the "Green Zone," an area used for growing plants near the
School of Architecture, are conducting ongoing research for Project Green
Roof.
University changes on-hold messages
More changes are on the way for the
on-hold telephone service at the University.
