Artist, teacher remembered: Art
professor
Luis Jimenez, a UH School of Art faculty member for 11 years, died June
13 after an accident in his studio in Hondo, N.M. Jimenez, 65, taught
sculpture
and painting and his works have been showcased nationwide. Jimenez,
originally
from El Paso, has been commissioned to do sculptures for cities all
across
the country.
