wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season. Publication of the Cougar

The UH System Board of Regents will
likely propose another increase in tuition and fees next semester. Board
of Regents Chairman Leroy L. Hermes said the increase will be necessary
to fund programs and hire new faculty in several departments.
