UH looking for faculty,
staff adviser
The University is seeking nominations
for an ombudsman who will act as a procedural adviser for faculty and staff
with concerns or grievances related to their employment.
FY 2006 may see mix of hikes,
cuts
The Faculty Senate met Wednesday in
the Elizabeth Rockwell Pavilion in the M.D. Anderson Memorial Library for
a presidential passing of the gavel ceremony and to discuss recommendations
by the executive committee.
Speaker discusses preservation
of architect's legacy
The Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture
hosted a lecture Wednesday in honor of Philip Johnson, the man who designed
UH's distinctive Architecture Building.
