The men's basketball team looks to
win its third consecutive game Wednesday night when it faces UTEP, which
is tied for the top spot in Conference USA.
Houston dominates Boise State
meet
The Houston men's and women's track
and field teams had a grand showing at the Boise State Athletes Invitational
in Nampa, Idaho, on Saturday, winning 12 events.
'Super Week' not so super
Monday marked the start of "Super
Week," a week when the NFL spends ridiculous amounts of money on hyping
up the Super Bowl in the city of choice, which happens to be Detroit this
year.
Kobe's great, not quite MVP
material
It's still amazes me what Kobe Bryant
did against the Toronto Raptors on Jan. 22. Kobe lit the Raptors up for
81, the second highest single game total, only surpassed by the great Wilt
Chamberlain.
