Crime statistics gathered by the UH
Police Department show alcohol-related arrests have significantly decreased
since their record high in 2003.
Three vacant positions filled
The Student Government Association
called a special meeting Tuesday night in the University Center Underground
to nominate three new Senators and vote on the election calendar for the
coming elections.
UH more diverse as enrollment
falls
Unofficial numbers for this semester
show a decrease in overall enrollment of slightly more than one percent
last spring. As of Tuesday, enrollment for Spring 2006 was at 33,203, compared
to 33,768 in Spring 2005.
Faith forum fosters discussion
Muslim, Jewish and Christian representatives
spoke Wednesday at the A.D. Bruce Religion Center to a group of more than
50 students about the importance of spirituality in a modern world, answering
the question, "What good is religion?"
