News Campus Crime Report The following is a partial report of campus crime between Jan.14 and Sunday. All information is selected from the files of the UH Police Department. The information in italics indicates when the event was reported to UHPD and the event's location. Information or questions regarding the cases below should be directed to UHPD at (713) 743-0600. Indecent Exposure: 6:45 p.m., Feb. 14, Farish Hall Exterior Northeast Corner -- A student reported that an unknown male was exposing his genitals and masturbating outside of Farish Hall. No suspects. Occurred at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 14. Burglary of a Motor Vehicle: 7:01 p.m., Feb. 14, Lot 19B -- A student reported that unknown person(s) removed the passenger side door lock to his vehicle to gain access to vehicle. Upon entry, property was stolen from within. There are no suspects. Occurred between 4 p.m. Feb. 12 and midnight Feb. 13. Failure to Identify: 1:04 a.m., Wednesday, Cullen Oaks Apartments South Parking Lot -- A visitor was arrested. The visitor was transported to Harris County Jail. Occurred at 1:04 a.m. Wednesday. Harassment: 9:49 a.m., Wednesday, Cullen Oaks Apartments -- A student reported that she received a disturbing mobile telephone message from an unknown male. Investigation ongoing. Occurred between 2:16 and 2:17 a.m. Feb. 13. Burglary of a Motor Vehicle: 3:56 p.m. Wednesday, Lot 15H -- A student reported her unattended and unsecured vehicle was damaged by unknown person(s). A possible suspect was recorded by the parking lot security camera. Occurred between 2:30 and 3:45 p.m. Wednesday. Disorderly Conduct: 11:30 a.m., Thursday, M.D. Anderson Memorial Library -- A staff member advised she observed known persons pour an open Coke cup on the carpet at the library. Occurred at 11:00 a.m. Jan 31. Indecent Exposure: 6:26 p.m., Thursday, M.D. Anderson Memorial Library -- A student reported unknown person(s) exposed himself. The student did not pursue criminal charges. Occurred between 6 p.m. and 6:26 p.m. Thursday. Assault: 1:18 a.m., Friday, Bayou Oaks Apartments
-- A student reported her ex-boyfriend, who is also a student, head-butted
her. There were no witnesses or visible physical injuries. The ex-boyfriend
was issued a Harris County Citation, Student and Residential Life Referrals
and released. Occurred between 1:00 and 1:18 a.m. Friday.
