TODAY Cheap lunch: The Caribbean Students Organization will host a bake sale featuring Jamaican patties, jerk chicken and drinks from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the PGH Breezeway. Celebrate: The Council of Ethnic Organizations will celebrate Black History Month with cultural performers, organizations and food from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the UC Arbor.
